Bhojpuri actor Kishan Rai recited Deepika Padukone's iconic dialogue from Om Shanti Om
Kishan Rai is popular and mainly known for acting in Bhojpuri films. During his recent interview with ETimes, he revealed that his favourite Bollywood actress is Deepika Padukone. The actor won hearts as he tried to recite DP's iconic dialogue 'Ek chutki sindoor ki keemat tum kya jaano Ramesh babu.... Ishwar ka aashirwad hota hai ek chutki sindoor' in Bhojpuri from Shah Rukh Khan starrer 'Om Shanti Om'. He absolutely nailed it and his fans are loving it.
Om Shanti Om also starred Arjun Rampal and Shreyas Talpade in pivotal roles. The movie was directed by Farah Khan. Om Shanti Om marked DP's debut in Bollywood. And since then, there was no looking back for the actress.
SRK and Deepika has worked together in films like Chennai Express and Happy New Year. Up next, both will be seen together in Pathan. The movie also stars John Abraham. Pathan is directed by Siddharth Anand. Fans are eagerly looking forward to the film. The actress will also be seen in 'The Intern' also starring Amitabh Bachchan. Fans of the actress are eagerly looking forward to her upcoming projects.
She recently featured in Kabir Khan's 83. 83 is based on the 1983 World Cup Victory of India. Apart from Deepika, it also stars Ranveer Singh, Pankaj Tripathi, Boman Irani, Ammy Virk, Harrdy Sandhu, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Jatin Sarna, Jiiva and others. The movie released in theatres on December 24, 2021.
Talking about Kishan, he will be seen in the film 'Panch Mehariya' alongside Sanchita Banerjee, Priyanka Pandit, Kanak Pandey, Nisha Dubey and Prachi Singh.
